20131107_104341Capture Truvia Brunch Party #SweetSwitch #TruFanBrunch

I was very excited to chosen to host the first Truvia natural sweetener party with Crowdtap! Everyone that made the #SweetSwitch to Truvia was pleased. I appreciated this unique opportunity! ^_^

Most of my friends and family are interested in cutting calories and reducing sugar from their diet. Some were already familiar with Truvia. Those that were not, were excited to find Truvia is a natural sweetener made from the Stevia leaf.

My party kit was very GENEROUS and included even MORE than I expected!

~1 package of Truvía® Baking Blend

~2- 40-count packages of Truvía® packets

 ~2- 80- count packages of Truvía® packets

~2- Packages of Truvía® spoonable

~ Folgers Gourmet Selections Vanilla Biscotti Ground Coffee

~ Smucker’s Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves with Truvía®

~1 Truvía® Brand “I love you when you’re not cranky” mug

~ Truvía® brand kitchen apron and wooden mixing spoon

~1 Brunch Party Insert

I was excited to do some baking using Truvia. The conversion is really simple, just use 1/3 cup of Truvia for  each cup of sugar in recipes. I baked some cookies and we also had sausage balls and tea biscuits with the Smucker’s Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves. The Folger’s Gourmet Selection Vanilla Biscotti Ground Coffee was delightful but the thing that everyone really loved was the Cranberry Orange Muffins. I was able to find fresh cranberries and of course squeezed my own Orange juice for the recipe!

This  recipe was included in the Brunch Party Insert and can be found at the Truvia.com website, along with many other YUMMY recipes!
